According to the rank size rule, the second city should have around 742,000 people, and city three should have 495,077 people. Bulawayo, the second largest city, has about 653,000 people, and Chitungwiza, the third largest, has 357,000. From there it strays further though, with the fourth and fifth cities going about 100,000-200,000 off of the rule.
